Tim became the driving force of Diono in 2017, bringing with him a plethora of strategic decision making, paramount customer focus and a pivotal creative instinct. His previous success with Mamas & Papas has seen him roll out a commercial operation of 65 UK stores, with a fully integrated e-commerce platform in tow resulting in revenue of over 125m. There is no shortage of accolades that celebrate Tim’s success in the juvenile business, but they are not without critical demonstration of how to overcome challenges. Today, Tim has transitioned Diono into a company on track to increase revenue from $70m to approximately $200m through e-commerce and international retailer relationships.
